The Nicolet RaptIR+ advanced Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) microscope provides 1 µm visible resolution and 5 µm infrared (IR) resolution.

The Nicolet RaptIR+ advanced Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) microscope provides 1 µm visible resolution and 5 µm infrared (IR) resolution. It features swappable MCT-A, MCT-B, and InGaAs detectors. With mapping of up to 10 spectra/sec., its open-access stage accommodates samples 40 mm thick and 5 kg. It is designed to be coupled to a Nicolet iS50 or iS20 FTIR spectrometer.
