Two pin-compatible CMOS image sensors are based on a 3.4 μm charge domain global shutter pixel.

Pin-compatible CMOS image sensors are based on a 3.4 μm charge domain global shutter pixel. They read out via LVDS or MIPI channels. GMAX3405 provides 2448 × 2048, 5 Mpixel resolution in a 2/3 in. optical format, while GMAX3412 provides a 4096 × 3072, 12 Mpixel resolution in a 1.1 in. optical format.
