Laser-beam probe
An InGaAs detector for laser-energy measurements has an active area of 0.2 cm2 in a 5-mm-diameter detector. The Model RjP-485 InGaAs Energy Probe is designed to be used for pulsed laser measurements at wavelengths from 800 nm to 1.7 µm and measures pulse energies from 3 pJ to 300 nJ. The detector is designed to be used with the company`s radiometers. The probe comes with a detachable 25-mm-diameter filter holder for wavelength selection or attenuation.
