A 320 ¥ 240 uncooled microbolometer sensor is sensitive to 8 to 14-µm IR light and is designed for RS-170 TV format. The device has an integrated vacuum Dewar as well as an integrated thermoelectric cooler for temperature stabilization. Detector pitch is 51 ¥ 51 µm, with an area fill factor of about 60%.
