Fluorescence spectrometer

April 1, 1996
The FluoTime 1000 fluorescence spectrometer is designed for time-correlated single-photon counting. Available excitation sources include high-repetition-rate picosecond diode lasers, a Ti:sapphire laser, or a modelocked argon-ion laser. Commonly used detectors include photomultiplier tubes, single-photon avalanche diodes, or microchannel-plate photomultiplier tubes. Electronics are on a plug-in PC card.
