Laser diodes

A series of laser diodes is available with wavelengths of 640 to 670, 780, 808 to 860, 920 to 980, and 1300 to 1500 nm, as well as a 1.6- to 4.0-µm mid-IR version. Output powers start at 1 mW. The modules include laser, optics, drive circuitry, and power supply and are available in several packages, including a 9.0/ 5.6-mm-diameter version or open submount or chi¥form.
