The IVC102 precision integrating amplifier with FET o¥amp, integrating capacitors, and low-leakage FET switches can be used to amplify low-level currents from photodiodes as well as other devices. The TTL/CMOS-compatible timing inputs control the integration period, hold, and reset functions to set the effective transimpedance gain and to discharge the integrator capacitor.
