Universal detector

Jan. 1, 1997
The 818-IS-1 Universal Fiber Optic Detector uses a symmetrical integrating sphere design to ensure polarization-independent optical power measurements. The detector has a dual-port design that allows measurement of bare or connector-terminated single-mode or multimode fibers. The instrument provides continuous NIST-traceable power measurements at wavelengths from 400 to 1600 nm at powers u¥to 200 mW.
