Photodiode amplifier/meter

July 1, 1995
The CA-100 Photodiode Amplifier/ Meter converts signals from photodiodes into voltages that can be used to drive oscilloscopes or other voltage-sensing equipment. Input currents can range from 1 pA to 2 mA, and outputs of ۬ V are generated using one of eight gain settings, ranging from 103 to 1010 V/A. The 6 ¥ 2.6 ¥ 5.3-in. instrument can also be used to display the photocurrent directly on its front LCD panel display.
