The NIRvana:640LN scientific-grade camera for near-infrared (NIR) and short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) applications features an InGaAs focal plane array. It has > 75% quantum efficiency in the NIR/SWIR window and liquid nitrogen cooling to 83K for up to 36 hr, permitting exposure times > 60 min. It provides linear, quantitative data readout.
