PCO to showcase high-speed scientific camera at SPIE BiOS and Photonics West 2016
The pco.flim scientific camera has an image sensor that uses fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) for utility in biomedical research applications. Each pixel on the camera sensor has two bins, which can be switched at a high speed. The camera measures the total quantity of light and samples light information over time to collect valuable information about the metabolic processes in living cells.
