ASI to showcase diSPIM system at SPIE BiOS 2016

Jan. 15, 2016
The dual inverted selective-plane microscopy (diSPIM) system offers axial resolution ~330 nm.

The dual inverted selective-plane microscopy (diSPIM) system offers axial resolution ~330 nm, 0.5–1 s volumetric imaging rates, and the ability to image ~1000 time points. It delivers acquisition rates up to 200 images/s with multicolor capability, and has been tested successfully on cells on cover slips and embryos.
