SOS detector from Precision Laser Scanning has use with ultrafast lasers

Sept. 27, 2016
The Precision Start-of-Scan (SOS) detector is designed for polygon scan heads that scan hundreds of meters per second for ultrafast lasers.

The Precision Start-of-Scan (SOS) detector is designed for polygon scan heads that scan hundreds of meters per second for ultrafast lasers. It has a detector isolation tube that blocks stray light, except for a small operating aperture and a temperature compensating bi-cell sensor to eliminate thermal drift accuracy error.
