The Model 234/302 spectrometer measures vacuum ultraviolet spectral emission. The compact 200 mm focal length device has adjustable slits, and operates at f/4.5, for data collection from UV radiation and emission spectra in the 100–190 nm range simultaneously, in near real time, with subnanometer spectral resolution, using cooled CCD detectors.
