Aurea's photon-counting module covers both visible and near IR ranges

March 18, 2014
The SPD_A Photon Counting module integrates silicon and InGaAs single-photon avalanche photodiode technologies, with up to two channels per box.

The SPD_A Photon Counting module covers both the visible (400–1060 nm) and near-infrared (900–1700 nm) wavelength ranges. It integrates silicon and InGaAs single-photon avalanche photodiode technologies, with up to two channels per box. Features include a cooling system, data processing, and a picosecond resolution time-to-digital converter option for time-correlated single photon counting.
