The ET-6000 power detector measure powers from 1.0 to 5.0 micron. It has selectable gain of either two or 100 times and an active area of 5 x 5 mm. The device is based on a photoconductor and is designed to respond faster and reach a stable state more quickly than a thermopile detector.
