Marktech Optoelectronics introduces multiwavelength emitter-detector combinations

March 25, 2019
Multiwavelength emitter-detector combinations are integrated into a single package, along with a multiwavelength range detector.

For wearable designs requiring advanced onboard monitoring and detection capabilities, multiwavelength emitter-detector combinations are integrated into a single package, along with a multiwavelength range detector. Silicon and InGaAs photodetectors may be combined with GaP Schottky UV photodiodes, creating a spectral detection range of ~150 to 1750 nm.
