The BPD-1 differential photodetector is optimized for swept-source optical coherence tomography imaging systems.

The BPD-1 differential photodetector is a DC to 400 MHz dual balanced photodetector optimized for swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) imaging systems, as it minimizes harmonic distortion and group delay. The photodetector has noise equivalent power (NEP) of <5 pW/Hz.
