Photon Force to showcase single-photon counting camera at SPIE Photonics West 2019

Jan. 25, 2019
The PF32 single-photon counting camera has a 32 × 32 array of single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs).

The PF32 single-photon counting camera has a 32 × 32 array of single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs) with in-pixel ultrafast 55 ps time resolution electronics. Each pixel has its own time-to-digital converter. Pipelined sensor operation allows simultaneous data acquisition and readout with no interframe dead time. Peak sensitivity is at 500 nm.
