The SC4238 4 Mpixel 1/3-in. CMOS image sensor is based on back-illuminated pixel process technology.

The SC4238 4 Mpixel 1/3-in. CMOS image sensoris based on back-illuminated pixel process technology. It offers 2688 × 1520 effective resolution output in a 2 µm pixel structure with sensitivity to 2800 mV/lux and signal-to-noise ratio of 39 dB. It has dynamic range to 100 dB in HDR mode and features near-infrared enhancement.
