The OWL 1280 VIS SWIR InGaAs camera offers HD resolution for long-range surveillance, scientific, and astronomy applications. Using a cooled 1280 × 1024 InGaAs sensor, it provides visible extension from 0.4 to 1.7 µm. It features 10 × 10 µm pixel pitch, 2 × 2 binning, 70 dB dynamic range, and 20 µm pitch for low-light vision and high-speed applications.
