The NXIR-RF100C is a red and near-infrared surface-mount device photodiode with a spectral response from 320 to 1100 nm.

The NXIR-RF100C is a red and near-infrared (near-IR) surface-mount device (SMD) photodiode with a spectral response from 320 to 1100 nm for laser monitoring and rain- and sun-sensing applications. It features a temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, has an AR-coated window with >98% transmission, and responsivity of 0.62 A/W at 850 nm and 0.35 A/W at 1064 nm.
