OSI Optoelectronics photodetectors are optimized at 1060 nm

Nov. 12, 2018
The SPOT Series Nd:YAG optimized N-on-P photodetectors are available as single-element and/or quadrant detectors.

The SPOT Series Nd:YAG optimized N-on-P photodetectors are available as single-element and/or quadrant detectors. They are optimized at 1060 nm for military and aerospace sensing applications. They can be used in photovoltaic mode for low-speed, low-noise applications or in photoconductive mode, with an applied reverse bias, for high-speed applications.
