The SC031GS is a 300,000 pixel back-illuminated (BSI) global shutter CMOS image sensor that uses 3.75 μm large pixels. 

The SC031GS is a 300,000 pixel back-illuminated (BSI) global shutter CMOS image sensor that uses 3.75 μm large pixels (1/6 in. optical size) and single-frame HDR technology. It provides a maximum full frame rate of 240 frames/s to shorten the image acquisition frame interval.
