The S12MP smart camera delivers speeds up to 300 frames/s at 12 Mpixel resolution in 10-bit mode, or 140 frames/s in 12-bit mode. Its image processing architecture consists of a Xilinx 7030 class SoC dual-core ARM Cortex A9 processor and a Xilinx Kintex 125K field-programmable gate array (FPGA) that handles image preprocessing and communication interfaces to ensure real-time management and zero latency.
