S14420 series MPPC silicon photomultipliers have high photon-detection efficiency in the 500–800 nm band.

S14420 series MPPC silicon photomultipliers have high photon-detection efficiency in the 500–800 nm band for applications such as flow cytometry, medical point-of-care, and microscopy. They have peak sensitivity at 600 nm. Two models have a 1.5-mm-diameter photosensitive area and two have a 3 mm area, with pixel pitch of 25 or 50 μm.
