The OG0TC BSI global-shutter image sensor has use in eye and face tracking in AR/VR/MR consumer headsets and glasses. It uses the company’s DCG HDR and PureCelPlus-S stacked-die technology for 400 × 400 resolution with a 2.2-µm pixel in a 1/14.46-in. optical format. With a package size of 1.64 × 1.64 mm, it is optimized for inward-facing tracking cameras.
