Position-sensitive detectors offer 20-µm position detection error

Feb. 1, 2025
The APX-VNG0031PSD two-dimensional position-sensitive detectors (PSDs) feature an extended spectral range of 400 to 1700 nm.

The APX-VNG0031PSD two-dimensional position-sensitive detectors (PSDs) measure 2 mm in diameter, with an extended spectral range of 400 to 1700 nm and 20-µm position detection error (PDE). They allow for positional information of any location within the detector region, independent of beam shape, size, and power distribution.
