The C30683 series silicon avalanche photodiode (APD) features a discrete transimpedance amplifier (TIA). Designed for low-noise, high-speed operation in a hermetically sealed TO-8 package, the APDs deliver high response between 830 and 1100 nm with a bandwidth of up to 400 MHz.
