The pco.edge 9.4 bi CLHS scientific CMOS (sCMOS) camera offers photon counting sensitivity enhanced by readout noise of <0.3 e-. It has quantum efficiency (QE) of up to 85%, near-infrared enhanced with 30% QE at 900 nm, and high MTF. It covers a 21.6-mm image circle and has a 9.4-Mpixel sensor with 4.6-µm square pixel size.
