The C16795 series indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) image sensor module has a high dynamic range of typically 3500, up to 503 fps, 20-µm pitch, and 320 × 256 pixels (QVGA format). It is suited for imaging applications such as nondestructive inspection, semiconductor inspection, and hyperspectral imaging.
