HCP has been dedicated itself for decades to technologies of wavelength conversion based on Periodically Poled Nonlinear Materials-- MgO:PPLN/PPLT Bulk/Waveguide crystals and fiber packaged mixers. We believe the improvement of technology will bring people closer while empowering all to solve the world’s greatest challenges of well-beings and sustainability in environment. Therefore, we keep looking for ways to achieve the ultimate goal.

For a long time, people in the field of PPLN technology are convinced that one should use PPLN bulk chip for solution at handling high power, while waveguide is considered the option for better efficiency with the limitation of low power (<1W). The seemingly insoluble dilemma is now finally untangled.

With the coming of the world’s leading trade fair LASER World of PHOTONICS 2022 in Munich, HCP proudly introduces the latest-generation 5W fiber-coupled waveguide mixer to the growing quantum market as well as advanced scientific fields. Unlike some lab-designed demo unit, this is a fully commercialized device, ready for delivery at any time anywhere. With its superb efficiency and high power sustainability, a pump of 10W CW can effectively generate 5W output with SHG conversion. This enables a broad array of innovative applications at Quantum, Industrial Productivity, Bio & Medicine, Spectroscopy & Environment, Space & Defense, Science & Research, etc. It is also easily to have synchronized multiple-arm outputs with PM splitters to enable new innovations and applications. At the time when everybody is talking about energy saving and environmental friendliness, we believe we are walking on the right path as this new device is expected to be cornerstone for applying to other wavelengths.
