    Do you test transmittance and reflectance in the deep UV or Vacuum Ultraviolet? Do you provide UV optics, coatings, photo resist materials, and substrates? The VUVAS 1000 directly measures reflectance and transmittance properties of optical components. It works from 120~350 nanometers with high throughput, strong signal levels and excellent reliability. One detector is used so the results are Absolute. Accurate measurement of optical properties can be made over a wide angular range. Polarizer's are available.
