Our refurbished scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) are powered by SEMView8000, a Win10 universal operator control console. The SEMView8000 replaces all old electronics with a completely new electronics enclosure, 64 MegaPixel imaging, and the highest level of security and networking capabilities required from IT personnel.
Our new SEM accessories are tightly integrated with the Win10 User Interface software that comes with SEMView8000. These accessories include Silicon Drift Detectors (SDD), Backscattered Electron (BSE) detectors, and IR chamberscopes.
