OptoSigma Europe SAS opens office in Munich, Germany

June 5, 2020
The expansion, which is its first in Europe outside of France, will serve not only Germany, but also Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Optical components maker OptoSigma Europe SAS (Paris, France) has expanded to Munich, Germany with the opening of a new office, which is where the company has the biggest market growth and largest share since its European division was established in 2014. This expansion will serve not only Germany, but also Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

“The decision to expand our presence in the Eastern EU region was a logical step for us, and with the new office in Munich, we will be able to respond with more flexibility and efficiency to our customers and the rapid changes in the photonics industry, all within these major countries of Europe,” says Guy Ear, CEO and president.

With this development, the company has hired two local Regional Sales Managers, Axel Haunholter and Andreas Bichler.
