RPMC Lasers and Brightlaser enter exclusive partnership

July 15, 2020
The exclusive distribution agreement will allow RPMC Lasers to offer Brightlaser’s full series of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs).

Laser distributor RPMC Lasers (O'Fallon, MO) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Brightlaser (Hong Kong), allowing RPMC to offer Brightlasers full series of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs).

Brightlaser is a supplier of VCSEL technology, including components, sensors, and total solutions in artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as optical communication, consumer electronics, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), machine vision, telecom, robotics, smart houses, and surveillance systems.

Brightlaser possesses its own VCSEL intellectual properties in wafer design, advanced chip processes, and applications. The company offers a variety of optical powers and pulsed VCSEL diodes, photodiode and transceiver integrated VCSEL components (including both transmitter and receiver), and other products with varying package substrates and sizes, with wavelengths of 808 nm, 850 nm, and 940 nm (optional).

Together, both companies will be better able to provide technical support with their in-depth knowledge of the products, quality professional advice, and high-quality support after delivery.
