Fiber probe

Dec. 1, 1998
An optical oscilloscope probe, the TIA-950i mounts directly to the BNC input of an oscilloscope. Applications include checking the output of a fiberoptic link or a laser. The probe includes an internal 9-V lithium battery and can detect wavelengths from 900 to 1700 nm. The device also features a gain-selection switch and peak response value of about 1200 to 12,000 V/W.
