European consortium investigates fiberoptic chemical sensing

A research project on the remote sensing of gases and vapors using optical fiber is being coordinated at the University of Sussex (Brighton, England) in collaboration with the French National Institute of Environment and Industrial Risk and the Italian instrumentation company Tecsa Ricerca and Innovazione.
