    The Model 2653 Digital Video/Serial Data Fiber Optic Link is designed to provide the broadcast industry with a means of sending digitized video, audio, and control signals over fiber for distances of u¥to 40 km using single-mode fiber. Data can be sent at rates of 1.5 Gbit/s. Direct SMTPE T 14.224-compatible interfaces allow the user to switch between copper coax and fiber as needed.
