The DP-IQM indium phosphide (InP) modulator has use in high-capacity coherent optical fiber networks at 100 and 400 Gbit/s. Its >35 GHz bandwidth enables utility in high-port-density quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) and quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) systems. Single- and dual-polarization versions are available.
