OptoTest integrating sphere optically tests fibers terminated with high-density connectors

July 9, 2015
The OP-SPHR Integrating Sphere optically tests fibers terminated with high-density connectors such as MXC, MTP/MPO, or bare fiber.

The OP-SPHR Integrating Sphere optically tests fibers terminated with high-density connectors such as MXC, MTP/MPO, or bare fiber. It reflects and evenly distributes light over the entire surface of the internal cavity, making insertion loss (IL) measurements stable and repeatable with low polarization dependence. A screw-on, no-calibration design accommodates up to 72 fibers.
