The GN28L95 combined burst mode laser driver and limiting post amplifier is designed for 10 Gbit/s PON fiber optical transceiver modules. It features patented automatic laser calibration, a programmable 2.5 Gbit Tx with eye-shaping to optimize laser performance, and a programmable 10 Gbit Rx with equalization and pre-emphasis to optimize avalanche photodiode (APD) performance.
