Stripper re-coatings from MY Polymers available

Oct. 3, 2016
The MY-145 to MY-149 optical re-coatings are used in the company's Cascaded Cladding Power Stripper.

The MY-145 to MY-149 optical re-coatings are used in Cascaded Cladding Power Strippers. The cascaded design includes few segments, coated with few materials, side by side—each one with a higher refractive index (e.g., 1.465, 1.470, and 1.475). This structure enables gradual dissipation of the cladding power, lowering hot spots' temperature.
