Laser workstation can be integrated with fiber lasers

June 2, 2009
Innovative Laser Technologies offers the ILT1000 as a compact Class I laser workstation that can be integrated with most fiber delivered lasers. While the ILT1000 can be configured for cutting and marking, it is most commonly used for precision welding applications. The ILT1000 uses proprietary ILT HMI-2200 system control and data management software.

The ILT1000 uses proprietary ILT HMI-2200 system control and data management software that allows the operator to control the many facets of the workstation from one interface, including Motion, Laser, Vision (Part Find), Lighting, Live video, Shield Gas, Data Collection, and more. The CDRH Class I enclosure is 26 in. W x 31.5 in. D x 37 in. H with interlocked vertical door. X, Y, Z control is achieved with three 3-axis 6 x 6 x 6 in., linear ball screw stages with an optional rotary fourth axis. The workstation can be bench mounted or can be purchased with an optional stand. [email protected]
