BTF14 760 nm single-mode, fiber-pigtailed, 14-pin diode laser modules from Lumics (Berlin, Germany) address the oxygen absorption band and offer reduced linewidth of 10 MHz for applications in the life sciences, metrology, and sensing. Features include polarization-maintaining fiber with up to 12 dB extinction ratio, a fiber Bragg grating with spectral width from 1 nm in standard configuration down to 0.15 pm, and wavelength locking in pulsed operation down to 3 ns.
