Cal Sensors' SCD-13B and SCD-15B infrared (IR) detectors from Opto Diode (Camarillo, CA) feature anti-reflective-coated silicon windows, and provide sensitivity across the mid-IR spectrum from 1.2 to 5.5 µm. The detectors combine the traditionally high responsivity of Cal Sensors' chips with an anti-reflective-coated silicon window, and have use in medical diagnostic, environmental gas analysis, and process control applications.
