CKX-CCSW confluency check software automatically counts cells and measures cell confluency in a culture vessel.

CKX-CCSW confluency check software from Olympus (Waltham, MA) automatically counts cells and measures cell confluency in a culture vessel, which has utilities in stem cell research and regenerative medicine for monitoring the health of cultures. The software counts cells using images obtained with a microscope, eliminating the need to open a culture vessel or pipette a sample. Data can be saved and exported as a CSV file for archiving or further analysis.
