The Tu Series TEM00 tunable Ti:sapphire laser has a pulse width that matches to the lifetime of many fluorophores. With its broad tuning range of ~700 to 900 nm, high pulse repetition frequency up to 10 KHz, and high average power of >1 W, the laser has uses in cell visualization and other bioimaging applications. The OPO Series TEM00 nanosecond lasers provide millijoules of pulse energy pulsed at kilohertz repetition rates at any fixed wavelength from 3.4 to 2.2 µm; 2 to 1.5 µm; 1 µm to 750 nm; and 666 to 255 nm. Applications for these lasers include photoacoustic ultrasound medical imaging, photoacoustic tomography, 3D photoacoustic microscopy, UV surface excitation microscopy, and laser surgery, among others.
