OCT phantom by Arden Photonics

April 23, 2015
The APL-OP01 optical coherence tomography (OCT) phantom characterizes the performance of an OCT system.

The APL-OP01 optical coherence tomography (OCT) phantom qualitatively and quantitatively characterizes the performance of an OCT system, including spatially varying resolution, sensitivity, distortion, and scan linearity. It contains four geometrical patterns—point-spread function (P), sensitivity (S), lateral resolution (D), and distortion (G)—inscribed within a substrate to form localized refractive index changes.
