The PInano II high-resolution XY/XYZ multi-axis positioning stages include a piezo scanner, software, and digital servo piezo controller.

The PInano II high-resolution XY/XYZ multi-axis positioning stages from PI (Physik Instrumente; Auburn, MA) include a piezo scanner, software, and digital servo piezo controller. Their 200 mm profile, 200-µm-long travel, and millisecond step time allow utility in super-resolution microscopy and imaging applications. A large, clear aperture accommodates microscope slides and Petri dishes, while the company's preloaded PICMA high-performance piezo actuators feature cofired ceramic encapsulation.
